Kitchen accessory colors that go with gray?
My kitchen is almost done - cabinets are light/medium oak color, countertops and sink are medium gray marble-ish, flooring contains shades of lighter gray marble-ish, walls and ceiling are painted white, appliances are white. I’m going to make curtains and purchase/create accessories. What color choices should I go with for the curtains and accessories? Don’t know whether I should just do more subtle shades of gray, or use some wild color to make things “pop” ?

I would paint the walls a shade of red (not bright) if you really want to add some character to your kitchen, not only will it liven it up, it will also make the Gray come in to view by creating a contrast. Once you change your wall color your window treatments should be easy to choose depending on the style you want to emphasize. Everything will “pop” but not be overwhelming. Good luck!
IMHO, I think you should have some really brightly colored accessories, like vibrant violet, electric lime, Coca-cola red, Pacific blue or tangerine. Against the gray & white, the bright colors will give your kitchen energy.
